Trivial is an online preparation platform for the Engineering and Science Admissions Test (ESAT). These terms govern your use of the Trivial website and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. Your account is personal to you — sharing your account with others is not permitted.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, attempt history, and responses.
Parts of Trivial are free to use. Paid plans unlock additional content, including the original question bank and the full analytics suite. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Original questions, worked solutions, study notes, and the design of the platform are the property of Trivial. You may use them for your own personal exam preparation only — not for redistribution, republication, or commercial use.
Trivial is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or Pearson VUE. "ESAT" and any third-party names are used for descriptive purposes only.
You agree not to attempt to extract answer data, scrape content, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the platform in any way that breaks the law.
Trivial helps you prepare, but admissions outcomes depend on many factors. We make no guarantee about your ESAT score or any university offer. Scaled scores shown on the platform are estimates and may differ from official scoring.
We work hard to keep Trivial available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may update or change features over time.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you via the platform or by email. Continuing to use Trivial after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
